Return & Exchange Policy

Because each Andrew Coimbra collection piece is made-to-order specially for you, items are final sale. If you feel the merchandise you received is not the right size after receiving it, or have a defect and desire a replacement, please contact us and we will be happy to help you. If a replacement is not available and the merchandise is deemed defective a full refund will be issued. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged. Sale-priced Products, or Products marked as “Final Sale” at the time of the order, are final sale and cannot be returned, and Andrew Coimbra will not issue any credit towards the return of said Product.

Exchanges/credits will be processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days of receipt. Please note that shipping charges for any returned item(s) are the Client’s responsibility at the point of return. Andrew Coimbra will not assume any liability for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled by the courier; please be sure to invest in tracking of the package. Andrew Coimbra reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return policy. When applicable, the price of any returned Products that complies with Andrew Coimbra’s Return Policy shall be reimbursed as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of from the return of the Products by the Customer to Andrew Coimbra. Exchanges of Products that do not comply with the Return Policy may be accepted at the sole discretion of Andrew Coimbra.
